"I'd been coming to colonial Dental for 25 years; my entire family comes here for their dental care. I'd never needed more than basic cleanings, but then I was diagnosed with cancer in 2001 and the treatments ruined my gums. My teeth were loose too. It made me look unhealthy and when you're trying to get better, you want all the help you can get.

Dr. Dooley gave me a full mouth reconstruction. I had root canals and implants to replace some teeth that were pulled. I had crowns put on my upper and lower teeth. All in all, it took about two years before we were finished.

Dr. Dooley and my periodontist made my gums healthier, but they also educated me on the link between the health of your smile and your overall health. I pay a lot more attention to staying well now and it shows. My bite is healthier and so am I.
