The SMILE Campaign is a Fundraiser Supporting The W.I.N. Foundation


2007 has been off to a busy start! Dr. Dana Jones of Ridge-field, CT, Dr. Sharam Ghodsi of Las Vegas, NV and Dr. Lance Timmerman of Seattle, WA have all joined the SMILE Program. Each of the participating dentists have pledged to raise funds for the non-profit, The "Women In Need" Foundation. Fundraising efforts will be done through patient teeth whitening, as well as other fundraising efforts that will be promoted within the community. The exciting part of the partnership is that each dentist will select a Spokes Model from our 2007 delegation and will complete a smile makeover on the lucky lady, and be able to use their face for the dental practices marketing and advertising. Each dentist will be a guest at the 2007 Ms. U.S. and Mrs. Globe pageant in August and earn a seat on the panel of judges as well.

Off to a successful start is Dr. Timmerman, In his few weeks with the SMILE Program, he has already secured media attention and will begin the makeover on Ms. Louisiana later this month.

The Seattle based ABC Affiliate, KOMO TV will document Dr. Timmerman's makeover, and the show will conclude with Dr. Timmerman having Md. Louisiana appear with him on the program to share about her road to her new smile, and of course promote the Seattle based practice of "Dental Excellence". Congratulations on the exposure Dr. Timmerman, and Ms. Louisiana!
