Dr. Mark Levy

Dr. Mark Levy is a lifelong resident of Columbus. He is the senior partner of StoneRidge Dental Care and is happily married to Cynthia. He and Cynthia work together in the practice and they are the proud parents of two adult (almost!) children Chad and Erin. Dr. Levy is an avid photographer and jazz aficionado. He tries to play golf, but truly his passion for dentistry gets in the way of those early morning tee times. Traveling with family is becoming a favorite past time, and the kids love those trips with Mom and Dad!

Dr. Levy, is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Dentistry has been practicing dentistry in Columbus for almost 30 years. Originally practicing in the Bexley area, he was a founder of StoneRidge Dental Care in Gahanna in 1996. Dr. Levy is also a graduate of the world renowned Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI). He was asked to return as a Clinical Instructor at LVI, teaching dentists from across the United States, Canada, Australia and Europe the advanced techniques required for modern, aesthetic dentistry. Dr. Levy has also served as a Clinical Instructor at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. These experiences working alongside the world's most celebrated and accomplished cosmetic dentists in addition to hundreds of hours of continuing education has uniquely prepared him to care for the challenges of meeting his patients wants and needs. As a matter of fact, Dr. Levy was the original Extreme Makeover Dentist in Central Ohio. His passion for dentistry has led to his reputation as one of Ohio's foremost dentists. Additionally, Dr. Levy was the first dentist in Central Ohio to be trained in the discipline of combining aesthetic dentistry and neuromuscular dentistry to provide esthetics as well as function in the treatment of temporomandibular dysfunction (TMJ).

Dr. Levy has participated in dental missions to Israel, providing care for the country's indigent. He has lectured on neuromuscular dentistry both locally and internationally, and has served as a dental consultant to Patch Adams, M.D. in his quest to build a free hospital and dental clinic in West Virginia. Dr. Levy serves as a treatment resource for Choices and has provided both cosmetic and functional dentistry to victims of domestic violence.

Dr. Levy continues to stay cutting edge and is a member of several professional organizations, some of which are I.C.C.M.O. (The International Congress of Cranio-Mandibular Orthopedics)), N.E.O.N. (Northeast Ohio Neuromuscular Dental Group,) I.A.C.A. (The International Association of Comprehensive Aesthetics). In his passion of providing comprehensive dental management for his patients, Dr. Levy has studied with some of the world's leading practitioners in the field of Dental Sleep Apnea. As a result, he is an active member of D.O.S.A. (Dental Organization for Sleep Apnea), A.A.D.S.M. (The American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine), and A.A.S.M (American Association of Sleep Medicine). In addition, Dr. Levy has been a member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, the Columbus Dental Society and Alpha Omega.


Dr. Chuck Conkey

Dr. Chuck Conkey is the laughing-joking co-founder of StoneRidge Dental Care. Although he is getting a little gray around the edges, the staff and patients still love his sense of humor and light-hearted attitude. Dr. Conkey is our resident "fix-it guy". Our dental equipment all runs a little better because of interest and desire to know how everything works. Dr. Conkey says it is his interest in how things actually work that keeps him motivated to explore new dental technologies. The latest technology and materials are what keepStoneRidge Dental Care on the absolute cutting edge o f dentistry and patient care. Dr. Conkey is marr ied and the father of two college age children. Their family interests include horses, fishing, and camping.

Dr. Conkey graduated from the University of the Pacific Dental School in San Francisco. He has attended The Las Vegas Institute and many other continuing education programs. His special interest include adult orthodontics and laser gum therapy.


Dr. Susan Murphy-Moberger

Dr. Susan Murphy-Moberger joined StoneRidge Dental Care in 1999 after relocating from the Akron area. She is married and the mother of a teenage daughter and young twins! Needless to say, they keep her very busy outside of the practice and provide everyone on the staff with endless amusing anecdotes about the antics of the kids. When Dr. Moberger joined StoneRidge Dental Care, she brought what we like to call a "woman's touch". Caring, warm, and meticulous about the details, she strives to offer her patient's the utmost in treatment and technology available today. Her special interests include laser therapy for gum disease.

Dr. Moberger actually began her dental career as a dental assistant at age 15. She graduated from the The Ohio State University College of Dentistry and completed a general practice residency at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Youngstown. Entering private practice in 1994 was truly the culmination of many years of hard work. Dr. Moberger has attended The Las Vegas Institute for advanced training in cosmetic dentistry. She has watched StoneRidge Dental care grow tremendously since her arrival in 1999, and looks forward to many more years of providing personal, caring service to her family of patients.


Dr. Amit Patel

Dr. Amit Patel is the newest member of StoneRidge Dental Care. Originally from Toronto, Dr. Patel moved to Ohio in the early 1990's. Dr. Patel is married to Brooke and the father of Isabella, his infant daughter. Being a new father is demanding and Dr. Patel tries to balance time between work and his family. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Dentistry and a member of the American Dental Association, both Ohio and Columbus Dental Associations, and the Columbus Society of Contemporary Dentists.

Dr. Patel joined StoneRidge Dental Care in January of 2008 and has a keen interest in adult orthodontics and is our resident Invisalign expert. He is committed to excellence in and integrity in his practice. He looks forward to meeting our family of patients.
